What's Wrong with Wall Street?

A simple rule that can make you money and which should not be ignored.

Swing Rule

Think of a V. Stocks often will break above a V pattern, regardless of the time it took to create the V- days, weeks, months, or even years. Often, the stock will rise by an amount equal to the decline in the stock from the top of the V to the bottom.

This rule applies whether the V is right side up or upside down, but it should not be slavishly applied.

As you review this chart and others, you will see the saw-tooth, V pattern and how often  it is duplicated.
